Golf Scramble Team Flyer

Golf Sponsorship Form

This golf scramble will help raise funds to conduct the 8th annual Race For the Children. We have various sponsorship packages to accommodate every budget. We would sincerely appreciate the assistance of the brethren in obtaining sponsors for the Scramble. Please promote the Platinum, Gold, and Hole sponsorships which all come with free teams in the scramble before you solicit teams to play in the tournament. We believe we can fill all the team slots reasonably easy, so it is important we attempt to raise as much money as possible for the race and our charities first.

We need 10-15 brothers to help put on the scramble. If you want to help us work the course on the day of the scramble please contact one of the Race Committee Members. (Bob Lenert, Kacy McCarroll, Jerry Pate, Fred Rister, or Dollar Logsdon) You can contact any of these brothers through the Race For The Children website.

We hope you will join us for some fun in the sun and make this year a great success for our charities.

Thanksgiving Pot Luck 11/19/2011

To the Brothers and families of Lewisville Lodge and to our Sisters and Brothers of the Eastern Star and their families:

Lewisville Lodge will serve our Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday November 19th at 6:00 PM.

This year except for the Turkey the meal will be a Pot Luck meal.

We hope to have a good turn out and we are asking for help from all of you great cooks! You can help by bringing your favorite dish.

The following is a list of things that our Senior Steward has requested for the meal.

The Turkey will be catered by Old Town Meat Market, but don’t let this stop you if you want to bring turkey or ham or another meat entree that goes with the occasion.

We need help in the following items.

Other –

Cranberry Sauce

Dressing (and lots of it!):

Corn dish

Green Beans

Mashed Potatoes-n-Gravy

Sweet Taters

Casseroles and Creative Side Dishes

Don’t forget the Green Bean Casserole

Desserts (my favorite part):

Pecan Pie

Pumpkin Pie

Nanner Pudding

Apple Pie

And anything else you think we would enjoy with the Thanksgiving Meal.
Our Steward has a signup sheet at the Lodge for the dish(s) you will bring. He needs this for coordination and planning.
